The first cold blast of Winter arrived last Wednesday, with temperatures as low as -5C for two nights. Mist and fog were also warnings of the colder weather, with many summer plants suddenly wilting, albeit at least two months later than usual.
Today was lovely and sunny until early afternoon and two reindeer arrived at Staunton Harold Nursery with Santa. Dancer and her daughter attracted many children!
The countryside was very different from when I last took any scenic pictures, but is still beautiful in its own way.
